We visited a workshop in Chiang Mai and took a few pictures of pavilions and teak houses.
A simple pavilion to sit outside.

A pavilion that could be used for security guards (at entrance of a village for example) or as a small bar.

A pavilion with a Thai style roof.

A pavilion with a round roof, Chinese style.
A larger pavilion.

A small house made of teak.

If you live in Chiang Mai, they'll send the (disassembled) pavilion to your house with their truck, assemble it in your courtyard and spray some products to make the pavilion looks better.
If you live abroad, you could also get one, They told us they had a customer in the USA who ordered one and they sent the instructions for him to assemble it by himself.
